It was proposed to disolve the Hainault Bulldogs RLFC, as per the club constitution, all members were contacted, giving 21 days notice of the EGM on the 12th of December 2011.

After the full facts were discussed to at this EGM, it was unanimously decided by all members present to disolve the Club.
